Refund policy

Thank you for visiting Hero Sign Shop. I want to make you a happy customer, so I will do everything I can to make that happen. Keep in mind that because everything is hand made no two pieces will look identical and perfect but will look good none the less. Anything I make I would be proud to hang it in my own home.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or a mistake was made on our end. If damages occur during shipping, I will work with you and USPS to make it right. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at herosignshop@gmail.com

Returns
Custom items are non-refundable once made. I am committed to making sure you love your item though. If there is a problem with your item please contact me immediately so that I can get it fixed for you quickly. Keep in mind that because the items are hand made with a rustic look to them, items will not be cookie cutter perfect.

Once a sign is well and good in your possession, I am not responsible for any damages made to the sign thereafter. Please take care not to drop or nick the image side of your sign.
